Toursit Donkey Rides Step Out

At Petra, with the morning sun's heat starting to build, a young Arab man in traditional white, climbs carved stone steps cut in rugged red sandstone rocks close to the rock tombs while a decorative donkey follows. Above him, another donkey waits for the man.

The donkeys will provide transport for tourists.

The construction of the city was carried out by the Nabataeans but later the Romans occupied the site.

Petra was used to film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
